Reply Revive Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reply Revive website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Reply Revive is owned and operated by Chasing Creative LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Description of the Service

Reply Revive is a software tool designed to help users identify and organize email auto-responses (such as “out of office” or “no longer with the company”) and export structured insights for workflow and contact management purposes.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Google (Gmail), subject to your authorization.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Reply Revive, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Account registration and security

  • You may need to create an account and authenticate using Google or another supported login method.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4) Google login and third-party services

If you choose to connect your Google account:

  • Authentication and permissions are handled by Google and governed by Google’s terms and policies.
  • You control the permissions granted and may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.
  • Reply Revive accesses only the data necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its underlying technology
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload or export data in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6) Data accuracy and responsibility

Reply Revive analyzes email data and auto-responses based on patterns and signals. Results may not be complete, accurate, or up to date.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service provides informational outputs only
  • You are solely responsible for how you use exported data
  • You must independently verify information before relying on it for business, legal, or compliance decisions

7) Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Chasing Creative LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your own data.

8) Fees and availability

Some features of the Service may be offered for free or for a fee. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Introduce new features
  • Change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • If required by law
  • If the Service is discontinued

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing Creative LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chasing Creative LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your exported data or how it is used
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
