By using Reply Revive, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1) What Reply Revive does
Reply Revive helps users identify and organize email auto-responses (for example: “out of office,” “no longer with the company,” or similar) to keep contact information current and improve follow-up workflows. The Service may connect to your Google account (Gmail) with your permission.
2) Information we collect
A) Information you provide
- Account information (such as name and email address) if you create an account.
- Support requests and communications you send to us.

If you connect your Google account, Reply Revive may access limited Gmail data necessary to provide the Service, such as:
- Email message metadata (e.g., sender, recipient, date/time)
- Email content required to detect and extract auto-response indicators
- Extracted structured results (e.g., “out of office” detection, updated contact info signals)
We only access the data that is authorized by the Google OAuth scopes you approve during sign-in.
C) Automatically collected information
We may collect standard technical data such as:
- Device and browser type, IP address, and basic usage events
- Log data related to authentication, security, and performance
3) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including scanning for auto-responses and producing results/export files)
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Improve Service performance and reliability
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4) Google API Services disclosure
Reply Revive’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for advertising.
We do not allow human review of Gmail content except as necessary for security, legal compliance, or support, and only with your consent where required.
5) Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited situations:
A) Service providers
We may use trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring) to operate the Service. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
B) Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Company.
